It all begins with an idea. Maybe you have a business, hobby or charity that you want to advertise or sell your goods? Easterton Country Fete is the ideal location! Standard pitch sizes are 3metres by 3metres. If you require a larger pitch, please let us know in the message section below.

Booking forms need to be returned by Friday 1st August 2025 at the latest with full payment.
No discount will be applied for supplying your own table or chairs. Any additional space you may require must be agreed prior to the event. You are more than welcome to bring a gazebo but please be aware our site can be very windy and you will need weights to hold it down.
Payment is to be made in cash or bank transfer in advance of the closing date to secure your booking. If you require a receipt please let us know in advance so that this may be ready for you. No refunds can be offered if you are unable to attend the event after booking.
Booking forms can be returned to us via a paper version of this form or by completing and emailing this form back to us.
We have a limited number of tables available, these will all be allocated on a first come first serve basis. An email will be sent to you to confirm your stall within 14 days of us receiving your form and payment.
We are sorry but we will not normally be unable to agree the location of your stall in advance and will definitely be unable to move your stall location on arrival at the event. If you are found trying to move your own stall, you may be asked to leave the event.
There is no access to power and so holders must be self-supported. Please let us know in advance if you have a generator that is required etc.
Any items for sale must be age appropriate and off a non-offensive nature. If you are found to be offering offensive or illegal items you will be asked to leave and reported to the relevant authorities.
Parking is ONLY available in the car park outside. NO vehicles will be allowed onto the field for unloading or loading between the fete opening and closing. Event organisers are unable to help you bring stock in or provide you with carrying equipment.
Please make sure you arrive between 12.00 – 12.15pm and are set up in time for the event opening at 1.00pm. If you arrive before this time you will be asked to wait in the car park (please park within a marked bay and do not block access around the car park or to the fieldl), if you arrive late you may be refused entry.
This event is completely organised by volunteers. The Committee will not tolerate any abusive or aggressive behaviour towards any of our volunteers and you will be ejected from the event should you behave in a manner we do not feel is in keeping with the event.
We store your name and contact information after the event has finished. If you would like to have your information deleted after the event please let us know by emailing us.
